To meet the needs of one of our clients located in Morges, for long-term assignments, we are looking for a:
Home Care Nurse M/F
Your mission:
Ensure rapid and efficient technical care for patients.
Provide technical care at home for patients in oncology and palliative care.
Guarantee information transmission and up-to-date medical records via the MedLink software.
Rigorously apply the protocols and procedures established by the institution.
Required skills:
You are mobile, autonomous, and demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation.
You show a genuine interest in the fields of oncology, hematology, palliative care, technical care, and home care.
You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
Comfortable with digital tools and smartphones, you ideally have knowledge of the MedLink software.
You aspire to develop your skills within a stimulating environment, committed to high-quality care services.
Your profile:
You hold a diploma as a registered nurse (HES) or have the recognition of your foreign diploma by the Swiss Red Cross, which is mandatory.
You are available immediately or shortly.
You have successful experience in home care (minimum one year).
