To strengthen our teams and for one of our hospital facilities located in Bienne, we are looking for:
PSYCHIATRIC NURSE IN OUTPATIENT SETTING M/F BILINGUAL 100%
Your profile:
- Holder of a State-recognized Nursing diploma
- Experience in psychiatry, mental health, or home care, an asset
- Autonomous, reliable, organized, and responsible person.
- Excellent listening, empathy, and communication skills
- Comfortable with home visits and complex situations.
- Driving license essential
- Very good command of French, and a B2 level in German required
Your role:
- Provide psychiatric nursing care at home.
- Support patients with mental health issues.
- Assess their psychological state and needs.
- Implement and monitor individualized care plans.
- Promote patient autonomy and home-based care.
- Monitor clinical evolution.
- Close collaboration with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, relatives, and various network stakeholders.
- Ensure rigorous transmission of care and interventions.
