At the heart of the gerontology service, you are an essential pillar in supporting and caring for elderly patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being on a daily basis. YOUR MISSIONS: - Ensure continuous patient monitoring. - Perform technical and relational care in a demanding environment. - Collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. - Actively participate in care safety. - Support families during often sensitive moments.
