Within an elderly care home, you will provide quality care in response to the needs of residents - Supervise daily resident care and ensure overall well-being - Coordinate with the medical team to ensure continuity of care adapted to individual needs - Ensure management of medical and administrative files in accordance with established procedures

Here are the details of the offer for this position:
- Contract: Temporary
- Duration: 5 days
- Salary: €16 per hour

We are looking for people to ensure urgent replacements on weekends, in EHPADs throughout the Mayenne department, during daytime hours (8am) or extended hours (12pm).

- Ability to provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and respect for the elderly
- Holder of the State Diploma in Nursing, ensuring recognized expertise and indispensable skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and residents
- Demonstrated ability to manage emergency situations with calmness and professionalism
