DIALYSIS DEPARTMENT
Your missions
Welcome, inform, and support patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions
Prepare equipment, dialysis machines, and medical devices
Perform nursing care specific to dialysis (punctures, connections, clinical and biological monitoring)
Monitor vital signs and detect complications related to the session
Strictly apply hygiene, safety, and infectious risk prevention protocols
Ensure traceability of care and patient record follow-up
Participate in patient therapeutic education and support for their loved ones
Contribute to quality initiatives, continuous improvement of practices, and internal audits
Work in close collaboration with the medical and paramedical team
