Job description:
- Organize, coordinate and supervise nursing activity and perform nursing tasks within the rehabilitation service
- Etablish schedules and manage staff hours based on hospital activity realized within the rehabilitation service while ensuring continuity of care
- Supervise and accompany team members in clinical practice
- Communicate and collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders within the rehabilitation service
- Distribute information and ensure good communication between different stakeholders
- Foster team meetings to maintain cohesion and coordination within the team
- Ensure and organize ongoing training for the team (knowledge and practices, etc.)
- Participate in accompanying and integrating new hires and interns
- Perform evaluations, performance reviews, absenteeism interviews, etc.
- Participate in implementing new projects within the rehabilitation service
- Participate in multidisciplinary consultation within the rehabilitation service
- Develop one's skills, technical abilities and self-awareness through ongoing training
