A team of experts in the field of health awaits to meet you. How would you enrich the daily life of residents as a Nurse in this establishment?
This establishment welcomes 80 residents, including 14 in a closed unit, and accompanies them with a multidisciplinary team. You will be 2 Nurses on duty per day to ensure your missions.
Days of 10 hours distributed in rotation 5 days / 2 days, or 1 week/2 worked.
Join a dedicated team in an elderly care establishment and actively contribute to the well-being of residents:
- Ensure resident care and follow-up in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medical treatments and monitor their good tolerance, respecting current protocols
- Organize and manage nursing activities
- Encourage communication and information for residents and their families to create a trusting environment
- Actively participate in coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of care practices
