In a welcoming and secure environment, you will ensure the well-being and health of residents within our elderly care facility - Ensure daily care for residents while respecting established medical protocols - Coordinate with the medical team to provide optimal care for physical and psychological needs - Participate in ongoing evaluations of care needs and adapt them according to changes in residents' health status - Supervise and train caregivers to ensure high-quality care provision - Attend service meetings and actively contribute to improving professional practices within the establishment.
