- Administer prescribed treatments while strictly respecting medical protocols.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care plans.
- Listen and respond to the needs of residents, ensuring a secure environment.
- Actively participate in service meetings to contribute to continuous improvement of practices.
