Nursing Assistant (F/H) Occupational Health

Your missions: a key role at the heart of prevention
As an Occupational Health Nursing Assistant and in collaboration with the occupational physician, you will be the pillar of the company's health and prevention policy. Your main responsibilities will include:
Health and employee follow-up :
- Ensure first aid care for emergencies.
- Participate in medical surveillance of employees, in accordance with the occupational physician and established protocols.
- Schedule medical visits.
- Conduct individual interviews with employees upon request, particularly on psychosocial risks (PSR).
Prevention and risk analysis :
- Actively participate in evaluating workplace risks.
- Carry out post studies, for example in ergonomics or to set up workstations for pregnant women.
- Participate in the global prevention program of workplace risks and accidents.
- Define and deploy actions for prevention and awareness on various health and safety themes (ergonomics, accidents, etc.).
- Analyze accidents or incidents occurring on site.
Coordination and training :
- Coordinate First Aid Training and organization of teams on site.
- Conduct internal training sessions based on identified needs.
- Manage and coordinate the provision of adapted medical equipment (infirmary, SST kits, etc.).
- Participate in CSE and CSSCT meetings

- Contract: Temporary
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Salary: €18.45 per hour

To succeed in these missions, you must possess the qualifications and skills listed below:
Qualifications :
You hold a State Diploma in Nursing (IDE) + Inter-University Diploma in Occupational Health (DIUST) or a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health.
Required competencies and qualities :
- Field person
- You have a solid understanding of HSE issues
- A professional level of English (written and oral) is a significant advantage
- You are a team player with excellent computer skills.
- Proactive, you are a force for proposal and demonstrate a great sense of responsibility.
