Get involved in the continuous improvement of the quality of home care within a healthcare establishment.
- Coordinate care between various stakeholders to ensure optimal patient care
- Develop solid partnerships with social sectors and workers to ensure global and harmonious care
- Regularly evaluate patient needs to adapt treatments based on their situation and environment
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of each patient to optimize their care pathways within the HAD establishment
- Collaborate actively with the medical team to continuously improve the quality of care provided

- Duration: 155 days
- Salary: €2,600 per month The ideal candidate, Night Nurse (F/H), will provide high-quality care in close collaboration with the medical team of the HAD establishment.

- Regular evaluation of patient needs to adapt treatments
- Rigorous follow-up of each patient to optimize care pathways
- State Nursing Diploma required to collaborate effectively and improve the quality of care
