In a care and rehabilitation establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring coordination and execution of patient care.
- Evaluate patients' health status and analyze care situations
- Design, define, and plan personalized care projects for each patient
- Coordinate and organize activities and care to ensure effective patient care
- Train and inform new staff and interns to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor and track patients' health evolution, write and update patient files
