This position requires providing complete and personalized care, ensuring patient accompaniment and follow-up within our establishment.

¿ The nurse ensures preventive, curative, palliative care of a technical, relational, and educational nature. He or she ensures continuity of care between teams.
¿ The nurse welcomes people in acute suffering in free hospitalization and accompanies them towards an improvement in their state thanks to individualized pluridisciplinary care.
¿ The nurse ensures rigorous and pertinent transmissions.
¿ The nurse is responsible for his or her acts. He or she respects protocols, procedures, and forms and takes knowledge of meeting reports and available information on the intranet.
¿ The nurse works closely with psychiatrist and general practitioner doctors.
¿ The nurse is under the responsibility of the DSSI to whom he or she reports all special situations requiring his or her expertise.
¿ The nurse works in a team. He or she is responsible for the acts delegated to the nursing assistant role.
¿ She works with maximum 10-hour shifts, on a 2-week rotation for full-time employees.

Here are the proposed conditions for this position:
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: €15 per hour

- Proven competence in technical, relational, and educational care
- Ability to provide individualized care within a pluridisciplinary framework
- Excellent capacity to perform rigorous and pertinent transmissions
- Scrupulous respect for protocols, procedures, and active participation in meetings
- State nursing diploma required to practice this medical position
