Medical care and surveillance: - Realization of nursing care: dressings, injections (insulin, anticoagulants, etc.), infusions. - Administration and monitoring of medical treatments (preparation, distribution morning, noon, evening, etc.). - Surveillance of the health status of residents (taking vital signs, detecting complications, following chronic pathologies such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, diabetes, etc.). - Risk management and prevention (pressure ulcers, dehydration, infections, falls, false routes...). 2. Coordination and management: - Coordination of care with the coordinating doctor, treating doctors, caregivers, physical therapists, and other health professionals (speech therapist, podiatrist...). - Elaboration, implementation, and follow-up of individualized care plans (part of the resident's life project). - Management of patient files and transmission of information (collecting clinical data, updating files). - Management of pharmacy and medical devices (orders, control, waste disposal). - Organization of appointments and transports (ambulances, external consultations). 3. Relationship and accompaniment: - Psychological support and listening to residents and their families. - Information and education of the resident and his/her family on their health status and care. - Accompaniment of residents in daily life activities in conjunction with caregivers. - Respect and promotion of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms of the dependent elderly person. 4. Training and mentoring: - Mentoring and training of caregivers and interns. - Participation in setting up care protocols and emergency procedures. You are a new graduate or have years of experience?
