- Execute curative care such as dressings and injectable therapies
- Implement active listening to understand and soothe residents
- Diagnose needs, make nursing diagnoses, and define care objectives
- Manage and evaluate the application of care in collaboration with caregivers
- Ensure the management of pharmacies and hygiene and safety measures for care
