Under the responsibility of the service framework, you will be responsible for providing care and ensuring the well-being of residents at the facility.
- Execute necessary care such as wound dressings and oral and injectable treatments
- Listen attentively to residents to understand and address their needs and concerns
- Conduct nursing diagnoses, formulate care objectives, and develop action plans
- Ensure the management of patient records and evaluate the application of care provided
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and preventive approach to care
