- Execute curative care, such as dressings, therapies, and oral preparations
- Implement active listening techniques to facilitate resident expression
- Analyze resident needs to formulate personalized care objectives
- Ensure rigorous follow-up and management of nursing records
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resident care
