You will work with residents of a residential care facility for the elderly, ensuring the implementation and continuity of medical care.

- Perform curative care, including oral and injectable therapies
- Facilitate the expression of residents' expectations and anxieties through attentive listening
- Develop and supervise care action sheets for nursing assistants
- Manage and secure the establishment's pharmacies and equipment
- Coordinate handovers and collaborate with the establishment's multidisciplinary teams
