- Perform and supervise curative care, integrating oral and injectable therapies
- Facilitate empathetic dialogue with residents to understand and respond to their emotional and physical needs
- Conduct nursing diagnoses, formulate objectives, and develop personalized care plans
- Ensure the management, evaluation, and transmission of patient records, while supervising hygiene and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and functionally supervise caregivers and maintenance agents
