In a stimulating clinical environment, you will be responsible for ensuring complete care and coordinating activities within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure continuity and quality of care while guaranteeing patient safety and dignity
- Coordinate care and activities in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and manage different transmissions
- Perform tasks specific to your role in collaboration with the nursing assistant and maintain the care record via Actipidos
- Prevent patient suffering and actively participate in their relief while offering attentive welcome to their family
- Organize patient discharge administrative procedures and coordinate transports using suitable software if necessary
