In a specialized environment for Suite Care and Rehabilitation, you will actively contribute to patients' well-being and rehabilitation during their night care.
- Ensure continuous patient surveillance to guarantee their safety and comfort
- Administer prescribed treatments while respecting medical protocols and each patient's specific needs
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and adjust personalized patient care plans
- Participate in patient health status evaluations by conducting regular assessments and reporting any significant developments
- Provide attentive listening and psychological support to patients, promoting their recovery and overall well-being
Our client's proposal for this position is as follows :
- Contract: Part-time night shift contract: 75% or 50 %
- Salary: according to collective agreement We are looking for Night Nurses (F/H) for a Suite Care and Rehabilitation establishment on a part-time basis.
- State Nursing Diploma required for this position
- Ability to work efficiently at night in a medical environment
- Empathy and attentive listening towards patients in rehabilitation
- Aptitude to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly
- Rigorous management of medical records and care protocols
