NURSE (F/H) - FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

Within a multidisciplinary team, you ensure continuity of care, follow protocols, and coordinate with families, while ensuring the well-being of residents in a welcoming and modern setting.

Your main missions:
Technical care and clinical surveillance:
- Ensure distribution and management of medications (preparation, administration, monitoring of effects).
- Perform technical procedures (complex dressings, blood draws, injections, infusions, catheterizations).
- Monitor vital signs and overall health status of residents to detect any deterioration.
- Manage emergencies and provide first aid.

Coordination and follow-up (in liaison with IDEC/IDER):
- Collaborate with IDEC and IDER to implement individualized care projects.
- Ensure traceability of care on the establishment's software.
- Participate in targeted transmissions (written and oral) to ensure continuity of care.
- Coordinate appointments with external interveners (treating physicians, physical therapists, specialists).

Accompaniment and relational:
- Provide specific follow-up for 13 residents in the protected unit (non-medically oriented approach, management of behavioral disorders).
- Be the primary contact person for families (information, listening, reassurance).
- Accompany residents at the end of life with dignity and humanity.

Supervision of care team:
- Pilot the work of Caregivers (AS) and Medical Assistants (AMP/AES).
- Ensure respect for hygiene and safety protocols within the residence.
- Participate in integrating new arrivals and trainees. A particular sensitivity to the elderly sector is required for this position

Skills will be taught. The establishment is open to profiles of Young Diplomé(e) D'état.

Experience: Young graduate or confirmed, we consider all profiles.

Soft skills: You demonstrate gentleness, empathy, and a genuine ability to listen.

Mandatory diploma: State Diploma in Nursing.

Contract: Fixed-term contract only

Remuneration: From €3,129 gross per month ( + Reversal of seniority )
