- Ensure constant surveillance and follow-up of residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Administer prescribed medical treatments, closely collaborating with the medical team and healthcare staff
- Actively participate in developing and implementing personalized care plans for each resident

- State Nursing Diploma required for this position
