We are looking for a State-Diploma Nurse (IDE) to join the Surgery department on a night shift position.

As an IDE at night, you ensure the safety and continuity of care for post-operative patients.
Your main missions consist of:

Ensuring clinical surveillance of operated patients (vital signs, dressings, drains, pain).

Managing late returns from the operating room and potential nocturnal surgical emergencies.

Administering therapies and ensuring care tracking on a computerized file.

Preparing patients for scheduled interventions the next morning.

Collaborating closely with night nurse assistants, interns, or surgeons on duty. You hold a State Diploma in Nursing. Ideally, you have initial experience in surgery (orthopedic, visceral, urological, or digestive). Working at night requires great autonomy, rigor, and excellent anticipation skills. We recognize your keen observational sense and composure under pressure in emergency situations. Your teamwork spirit and organizational sense will be your greatest assets for succeeding on this position.
