In a facility for the elderly, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and health of residents.
- Provide basic and comfort care to residents
- Supervise the administration of medications according to medical prescriptions
- Ensure patient follow-up and keep their medical records up to date
- Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care
- Effectively transmit information between teams to ensure harmonious care
