Within a geriatric establishment, you will play a key role in the well-being and care of residents •
Evaluate and plan individualized care for each resident •
Administer medical treatments prescribed while ensuring safety and comfort •
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve the quality of care •
Train and supervise support staff •
Rigorous follow-up of medical records and daily reports •
- Contract: CDI We are looking for a passionate nurse (F/H) to join an elderly care establishment, with no experience required.
- Holding a State Diploma in Nursing is essential for this position
- Show empathy and benevolence towards residents
- Have communication skills to interact with residents and their families
- Be able to work efficiently as part of a team to ensure the well-being of residents
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in an ever-evolving environment
