Our client is an EHPAD (Establishment for Dependent Elderly People) located in LIFFRE, which offers services and care to the elderly in a safe and warm atmosphere.
Position
What significant impact do you want to make as a Nurse within an establishment for the elderly?
In a care setting for the elderly, you will ensure attentive and caring management of residents - Ensure daily monitoring of residents' health status and report any relevant changes - Actively participate in care coordination in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of the establishment - Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans for each resident
Our client's offer for this position is as follows:
- Contract: Temporary work / On-call
- Duration: 1 month
- Salary: 17 euros/hour
Profile
You have extensive experience in nursing care for the elderly, with genuine empathy.
- At least two years of experience in nursing care in an establishment for the elderly
- State Registered Nurse diploma required to ensure quality and safe care
- Communication skills for optimal emotional support for residents
- Ability to work in a team, ensuring effective collaboration with caregiving colleagues
