NURSE (F/H)

The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. In collaboration with the nursing team and under the responsibility of the Health Care Manager, your missions will include:
Ensure continuity and traceability of technical care for residents.
Evaluate patients' clinical state and administer treatments prescribed by the doctor.
Ensure rigorous updating of medical records.
Manage medical emergency situations.
Contribute to preventing and controlling nosocomial infections, and respect current medical protocols and procedures.
Participate in coordination and synthesis meetings.
Collaborate with families and patients' relatives to inform and reassure them.
Maintain a secure environment for care.
Work cycle including daytime hours (for example 06h45-18h45 or 07h45-20h00), with one week in five administrative hours (09h00-17h00).
Work two weekends out of five. Diploma: State Nursing Diploma (DEI) required.
Experience: Experience working with the elderly and/or in EHPAD would be an asset.
Qualities:
Ability to work as a team and in pluridisciplinarity.
Sense of organization, rigor, and commitment.
Human qualities: listening, kindness, respect for ethical and deontological values of the profession (courtesy, discretion, honesty, implication).
Communication sense.
