In a benevolent and respectful environment, you will ensure patient care and accompaniment within the elderly care establishment - Ensure daily medical surveillance and administer prescribed treatments - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans - Participate in continuous improvement of healthcare practices within the establishment - Train and mentor new members of the medical and paramedical staff - Manage emergency situations ensuring the safety and well-being of residents

- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 2300 euros /month The ideal candidate is a Nurse (F/H) with initial experience, for an elderly care establishment.
- Previous experience in nursing care for the elderly desired
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Holder of the State Diploma in Nursing (DEI)
- Solid skills in managing medical and administrative files
- Empathy, patience, and listening ability to accompany residents as best possible
