- Ensure comprehensive care for residents respecting their individual needs and preferences
- Administer medical treatments strictly following medical prescriptions and monitoring the evolution of health status
- Participate in developing personalized care projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Guarantee effective communication with resident families while respecting confidentiality and professional ethics
- Actively participate in service meetings and continuous training to improve care practices
For this position, you benefit from:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months
- Salary: €2200 per month The establishment is looking for a nurse (F/H) to provide attentive and high-quality care to the elderly.
- You hold a State Diploma in Nursing
- You demonstrate empathy and patience towards residents
- You possess active listening skills and clear communication
- You are rigorous in implementing medical protocols
- You know how to work autonomously and as part of a team
