You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and health of residents in a warm and attentive care environment.

- Ensure daily surveillance of resident health status by conducting rigorous evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the medical team
- Administer prescribed medical treatments and monitor their effects on each resident
- Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families during consultations
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to improve the quality of care provided

Here are the details of the opportunity :
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 2300 euros/month The Nurse (F/H) must demonstrate solid clinical skills while working in an elderly care facility.

- Ability to establish a trusting relationship with residents and their families
- Mastery of common nursing practices, including medication management
- Aptitude to work in a multidisciplinary team in a stimulating environment
- Possession of the State Diploma in Nursing (F/H)
- Sense of organization and priority management in sometimes delicate situations
