Within a home care establishment of type HAD, you will actively participate in improving patient care
- Ensure coordination of care in collaboration with medical and nursing teams
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized care plans
- Supervise treatment administration and monitor patient evolution

- Contract: Temporary
- Duration: 7 days
- Salary: €17 per hour

- Mastery of home care, ensuring optimal patient follow-up
- Ability to work autonomously while respecting established protocols

- First experiences appreciated in the hospitalization at home sector
