In an environment dedicated to caring for the elderly, the holder of this position will be responsible for providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of residents
- Develop and follow individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical team
- Administer prescribed treatments and monitor patient evolution with rigor
- Ensure coordination between different stakeholders to guarantee optimal care
- Perform regular health status evaluations of residents
- Actively participate in ongoing training and improving care practices

Contract: CDI/CDD
Salary: 16.3 euros / hour The ideal candidate has a State Nursing Diploma, demonstrating the ability to work in a nursing home for the elderly
- Mastery of basic nursing care adapted to the needs of the elderly
- Listening and empathy skills, essential for working with a vulnerable population
- Sense of organization and planning for optimal resident follow-up
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent care
- Adaptability and flexibility in an ever-evolving environment
