You will ensure coordinated care and individualized support for young people welcomed in a medico-social establishment - Prepare and administer treatments, perform necessary care and guarantee continuity of health monitoring - Prevent at-risk behaviors, support situations of anxiety and intervene during crisis episodes - Collaborate with multidisciplinary and teaching teams, develop individualized projects and support families
The client is prepared to offer the following conditions:
- Contract: Temporary work
- Duration: 1 day
- Salary: 20 euros/hour
