Today, we are recruiting for one of our partner clients a Nurse M/F on a permanent contract (CDI) (a fixed-term contract (CDD) opportunity is also available). Reporting to the management of the establishment, your main responsibilities will be: - Provide technical and relational nursing care adapted to the needs of the residents. - Manage and distribute treatments using the NETSOINS software. - Collaborate closely with nursing assistants and the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. - Participate in residents' personalized care plans. Your working conditions and professional benefits: - CDI working hours: Full-time day shifts from 07:30 to 19:30 (with 2 hours of unpaid break) working one weekend out of two. - Attractive remuneration: €2,700 gross monthly base salary + Ségur 1 & 2 bonuses + Sunday/Holiday bonuses. - Seniority recognition based on the CCU Médico-Social agreement. - Quality onboarding: 2 days of shadowing are planned upon arrival (possibility of a prior shift to familiarize yourself with the environment). - Operational support: In case of incidental absence of the second nurse, a trained nursing assistant provides support for taking vital signs and distribution, and a bonus system rewards your overtime hours. - Daily benefits: 50% coverage of transport costs (Pass Navigo/Bus), supplementary health insurance, works council, free parking on-site, and a train station less than 15 minutes away on foot. - Quality of work life: The establishment provides a break room as well as a "nap room" for your recovery periods, with the possibility of enjoying meals on-site for only €2.71. - You must hold a State Diploma in Nursing (IDE). - Newly graduated nurses are welcome!
