As part of a full-time permanent contract (CDI), you will work day shifts from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with one weekend in two worked. For a serene integration, 2 days of shadowing are already planned.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ensure the comprehensive and global care of residents by guaranteeing the continuity and safety of nursing care.
- Manage the distribution of therapies and monitor care records using the NETSOINS software.
- Actively collaborate with the day team (composed of 2 RNs and 8 CNAs) and coordinate the interventions of paramedical professionals.
- Participate in residents' personalized life and care plans, ensuring their physical and psychological comfort.

- Attractive remuneration: Base salary of €2700 gross per month, supplemented by Ségur 1 & 2 bonuses as well as Sunday/Public Holiday bonuses.
