- Ensure the quality follow-up of care in collaboration with the coordinating doctor and under the supervision of the nursing staff
- Actively participate in the admission process of residents and ensure their harmonious integration into the establishment
- Be attentive to the needs of residents and their families to ensure personalized and adapted care
- Contribute to the traceability and rigorous transmission of care actions while ensuring impeccable hygiene conditions
- Work closely with all interveners to promote a team spirit and sharing

- State Nursing Diploma required for this position
- Ability to work in a team and developed sense of service

- Organization, rigor, and autonomy in following up on care
- Commitment to respect and ensure impeccable hygiene conditions
