- Maintain communication with families and contribute to maintaining resident autonomy
Here are the proposed conditions for this position:
- Contract: Vacation
- Duration: 1/day
- Salary: €17/hour The nurse (F/H) in EHPAD ensures global care, coordinates treatments, and maintains resident autonomy.
- You hold a State Diploma in Nursing (F/H)
- Mastery of technical nursing and rigorous follow-up of prescribed treatments
- Ability to coordinate care in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent relational skills to interact with residents and families
