Job description

To fill a position in the medical field, we put our expertise in health at your service. How will your nursing skills flourish within an elderly care establishment?
You will join our client, an elderly care establishment, to ensure high-quality nursing care and personalized accompaniment.
- Prepare and administer medication treatments while monitoring their effects
- Perform technical nursing tasks such as complex wound dressings and infusions
- Monitor vital signs and detect any signs of deterioration
- Supervise and coordinate the healthcare staff in delegating care
- Coordinate with external medical interveners for optimal follow-up
And here are the terms of the offer :
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: starting from 2800 euros/month + seniority pay according to collective agreement
- Work 1 weekend out of 2
- 1 week of integration in duplicate
- Internal training (AFGSU, bientraitance, technical care...)
- NETSOINS software (with on-site training)

- State-qualified nursing diploma required
- Preparation and distribution of medications with surveillance of side effects
- Performance of complex care tasks such as wound dressings and infusions
- Surveillance of vital signs and detection of signs of degradation
- Coordination and supervision of caregivers and other interveners
- Management and evaluation of emergency situations
- Elaboration and follow-up of a personalized care project
- Implementation of palliative care to accompany the end-of-life process
- Mastery of hygiene protocols and tracing of patient files
- Communication skills for linking with families and teams
