In a dedicated hospital setting, you will ensure personalized accompaniment of patients suffering from serious and evolving diseases in terminal phase.

- Provide palliative care to alleviate pain and manage symptoms
- Offer psychological, spiritual, and social support adapted to each patient
- Accompany loved ones in their grieving process and provide support
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal follow-up
- Coordinate preparation and return home when possible and desired

Our client's proposal for this position is as follows:
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 2422 euros/month

- State nursing diploma required for this position
- Proven abilities in pain management and other complex symptoms
- Excellent interdisciplinary communication and active listening skills
- Solid aptitudes to provide psychological and social support to patients and their families
- Ability to prepare and accompany patients back home according to their wishes and possibilities
