Within a facility dedicated to the elderly, you will ensure the well-being of residents by providing quality and personalized care.
- Ensure the correct and safe administration of prescribed medical treatments to residents.
- Conduct rigorous and continuous observation of residents' health status, reporting any significant changes to doctors.
- Plan and perform daily nursing care, paying special attention to the specific needs of each resident.
- Accompany, listen to, and support residents and their families, promoting a restful and secure environment.
- Actively collaborate with the entire multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident.
Our client's offer for this position is as follows:
- - Contract: Permanent (CDI)
- Salary: From 15.40 euros/hour, depending on seniority and diploma. We are looking for a Nurse (M/F) with initial experience for a facility dedicated to the elderly.
- State Diploma of Nurse required for this position.
- In-depth understanding of the needs of the elderly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Great empathy and patience in resident care.
