Our client, a home care service, is looking for someone ready to provide quality care to patients.
Your main responsibilities will be :

- Ensure the surveillance and administration of medications
- Participate in the evaluation of patient clinical situations
- Plan and implement specific care plans in collaboration with the medical team
- Provide information and health advice to patients
- Participate in team meetings to ensure continuous patient follow-up.

For this position, you benefit from :

- Contract: Temporary
- Duration: 5 days a week according to the needs of establishments and your availability
- Salary: starting at €12 per hour depending on seniority
