You will play a key role by combining responsibilities on the ground, administrative management, and team management within the daycare center.
- Ensure the safety and health of children by following medical protocols and security standards.
- Develop and update the pedagogical project while ensuring its coherent implementation.
- Supervise and animate the professional team, including organizing schedules and managing interviews.
- Manage the structure's administration, including registrations, billing, and relations with institutions.
- Create a trusting relationship with families by accompanying and supporting their educational role.
