Job titles or functions are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. We need replacements for daytime shifts during the summer period (June July and August). Working hours are generally long days (7am-5pm or 8:30am-8:30pm).
As a nurse, you ensure global and personalized care for patients undergoing rehabilitation and reeducation.
You apply and follow the patient's therapeutic project in collaboration with other team members (physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc.).
You administer care, monitor the health status of patients (especially geriatric patients) and participate in risk prevention (falls, abuse).
You play a key role in educating the patient and their entourage for their return home. You hold a State Diploma in Nursing (Bac+3) and have experience or a strong interest in Aftercare and Rehabilitation Services (SSR/SMR).
Essential Skills for SSR:
Mastery of rehabilitation care protocols, polyvalent and geriatric.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and coordinate patient care pathways.
Keen sense of listening, benevolence, and ethics.
Skills in pain management, complex wound care, and health education.
