- Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
- Evaluate patient health status and plan tailored treatments
- Ensure follow-up and adjustment of rehabilitation programs
And here are the terms of the offer :
- Contract: Vacation
- Duration: 10 hours
- Salary: €14.5 per hour We are looking for a nurse (F/H) to join a SSR establishment.
- Strong ability to work within a team to ensure quality care
- State nursing diploma required to exercise this position
- Ability to adapt quickly to various medical situations
- Excellent communication with patients and healthcare staff
