In this elderly care facility, you will actively participate in caring for and accompanying residents.
- Provide daily medical care while respecting established protocols
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimize resident well-being
- Participate in developing and implementing individual care plans
And here are the terms of the offer:
- Contract: Vacation
- Duration: 1/day
- Salary: €14.5/hour Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- State Nursing Diploma required to practice in our facility
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with elderly people
- A keen sense of empathy and active listening to respond to residents' needs
