- Welcome, evaluate, and accompany patients suffering from addictions to allow them a physical, psychological, and social restoration
- Work as a team for individual patient care projects and life projects
- Ensure proper patient care and safety
- Exchange with the patient's loved ones
- Keep track of patient care records
- Participate in quality and certification processes, various working groups, and training sessions
- Report any dysfunctions or complaints to the Care Manager
- Implement procedures and protocols within the medication circuit. The profile sought is:
- State-registered nurse with experience in addictionology
- Trained in therapeutic education
- Required skills: Lead a group session for patients, Evaluate the patient's clinical situation, Analyze and transmit necessary information for care, Develop a personalized care plan in collaboration with the team, Conduct an infirmier interview, Counsel and educate the patient and their entourage, Use specific tools for addiction care
- Required qualities: Autonomy and organization, Relational skills, Sense of responsibility, Empathy, Understanding and diplomacy in different situations, Involvement, Team spirit, Adaptability to the post
