Within a retirement home, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to residents - Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans for each resident - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and resident well-being - Actively participate in follow-up meetings and the coordination of medical and paramedical interventions.

- Salary: 15 to 21 euros/hour
