In a facility dedicated to seniors, you will ensure patient follow-up to encourage autonomous recovery

- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to offer coordinated and personalized care
- Manage medical prescriptions and carefully monitor the evolution of patients' health status
- Provide continuous support to patients and their families, facilitating communication and information

Here are the details of the opportunity :

- Contract: Temporary assignment as soon as possible
- Duration: 30 days
- Salary: €14.4 per hour (seniority pay according to the collective agreement)

- You hold a State Diploma in Nursing and ensure high-quality nursing care

- You actively participate in continuous quality improvement of care
