Within a long-term care and rehabilitation establishment, you will ensure patient care and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care pathways
- Manage medical prescriptions and carefully monitor the evolution of patients' health status
- Accompany and support patients as well as their families throughout the rehabilitation process

- Contract: Temporary
- Duration: 30 days from possible start date
- Salary: €14.4 per hour (seniority-based rehire according to the collective agreement)
- Schedule: 12 hours, morning, afternoon, or night
